Payments

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and iDEAL to ensure secure and convenient payment for all of our customers.

You can safely browse and make purchases from our secure website. Our checkout page uses TSL to keep your data private when you're paying for your purchases.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble. If your payment won't go through, please check that you have entered the correct details first. If you're still having problems, you may wish to get in touch with your bank to ask about the payment. You can also contact our customer service team if you're still experiencing issues with payment.

Any duties or taxes incurred are the customer's responsibility to pay. Heart of Gemstone has no control over these costs, so it's important that you check what may be due in your country of residence.

There are rare occasions when you might be asked for an invoice by your local customs authority. If this happens, you can use your order confirmation email as proof of purchase price.

If you decline your package, you will receive a refund for your order, minus a fee for return and restocking.

If you are ordering from outside Europe, all prices on the website are exclusive of sales tax and it will not be collected when you check out. VAT and other fees will be charged by the shipping provider on delivery of the package.

Returns

Yes – we're happy to accept returns if you change your mind or if there's anything you're not satisfied with. Send us an email within 30 days of your purchase to start the sales process, and we will send you instructions on how to process the return.

We can deliver jewellery and gemstones all over the world. On the small chance that we can't deliver to your country, we will inform you right away and refund your order.

We will send you a tracking number when you place your order, which you can use to track your package on the relevant courier's website.

All of our orders are shipping from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
